Only hardwood in fireplaces please. We suggest pre-ordering wood online/phone. NH requires wood not be moved from out of state to NH. The fireplace is for pleasure and there is a furnace for your year-round comfort. There is no air conditioner in this unit, a floor fan is provided. * Screened in porch on the river with a small table and 2 chairs. * Microwave and small refrigerator, No Kitchen. * Bathroom with a shower stall, toilet and vanity, towels provided. *Charcoal grill just outside front door *Outdoor firepit in a common area just steps from this cabin * Cable TV with 170 basic and 14 HBO channels. * Non Smoking/Vaping in cabin or on screen porch. * Pet Friendly (additional rate applies). * Free Wifi This Cabin comfortably accommodates 2 Adults and 2 Young Children (age 18 and under) or up to 4 guests. More then 4 guests of any age cannot be accommodated in this cabin.
